BokuClipper is an AI-powered tool that generates short clips from YouTube videos. We provide this service on an "as is" basis.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to process any content you submit. You must not use the service to create clips from copyrighted content without permission.

3. Fair Use

Free accounts receive 3 clip generations. We reserve the right to limit or terminate access for abuse, excessive usage, or violation of these terms.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the clips generated from your submissions. We do not claim ownership over your input or output content.

5. Limitation of Liability

BokuClipper is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
